How soon will my order be shipped?
Your order is processed within 24 hours, and is shipped the next business day. The only exception would be if you do not respond to a question about personalization of the DVD/CD in which case we hold the order for 48 hours.

CDs/DVDs are shipped first class mail. Some heavy items are shipped in a flat-rate Priority Mail box.

How does the E-book work?
The E-book is a CD that is designed to play on a computer. No software is necessary. Just put it in the CD-ROM drive and it will play. Each one is password-protected. You get a virtual "bookself" from which to select the different volumes on the CD.
